Elizabeth Roberts Consulting, focuses on developing purpose driven business owners, independent thinkers and mission focused organizations with skills and confidence to achieve their personal success. I have developed online courses designed for individuals, groups and organizations dedicated to continuous improvement, community empowerment, and meaningful impact. My passion for learning and empowering others is the foundation for my life work. Growing up in a family of business owners, I witnessed the creativity, focus and productivity necessary for entrepreneurship. My first-hand experience of peoples’ resiliency and capabilities taught me that each of us have much more of both than we may realize.With a childhood background surrounded by entrepreneurs, I directed my academic study to psychology and business, receiving a BA from the University of Texas, then went on to earn a MA in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University. Over the next ten years of my professional career, I was blessed to have excelled in the training and development of entrepreneurial-minded individuals within large corporations.I am a featured expert speaker in my local community, conduct workshops for businesses and groups across the country, an Inaugural Member of the Killeen Citizen’s Academy, a Citizen member of the Killeen Volunteer Inc. (KVI), member of the Greater Killeen Young Professionals and a member of the American Business Women Association (ABWA). As a native Texan, I absolutely love watching football and baseball, not minding the summer heat. Comedy of all genres, from stand up to classics, is a favorite indulgence – especially when curled up with my cat, Mr. Sox.
